Our profiles can be 100 percent recycled and this can be done up to seven times without the material quality suffering. A closed recycling loop allows the recycled material to be used again
and again. Recycling contributes to promote conservation and carbon reduction, making our modern hitech windows not only functional but also environmentally friendly. Our system house supplier, aluplast, were a co-founder of Rewindo and are members of EPPA and VinylPlus. apCycle is the aluplast recycling division and certified waste management company.
We attach great importance to high-quality and sustainable products, also directly in our company. We focus on environmentally friendly production and recycling processes and obtain our energy from renewable sources such as solar energy, wind power and biomass. We are constantly looking for ways to make our production more environmentally friendly and contribute to sustainability.
The consistent use of recycled products across all profiles is paramount and we currently average 30% recycled material which is targetted to increase to 50% over the next 3 years. The increased glazing platform allows better U Values.

Rewindo – Our system house, aluplast, are a co-founder of Rewindo which has been created to recycle old windows to reduce CO2.
The carbon reduction of recycled PVC is estimated at 93% – producing 0.136kg CO2/kg of profile compared with 2.1kg CO2/kg in new material. As a comparison most recycled aluminium is estimated to produce 4kg CO2/kg.
VinylPlus – Our system house are members of this organisation which has a commitment to a sustainable development of product and a 2030 initiative to accelerate the circular economy therefore reducing CO2 emissions.
EPPA – aluplast, our system house, are members of EPPA, promoting sustainability and a circular economy.
